Signing a twinning and joint cooperation agreement Professor Dr. Dean of the Faculty of Osol Aldeen at the University, Iman Issa, and Dr. Assistant Professor

, Head of the Media Department, Iqbal Kadhim Al-Mumen, received Professor Dr. Mazen Hassan Jassim, President of Wasit University – and his accompanying delegation.

Today, Monday, 5/27/2024, the meeting took place between the presidency of the University of Wasit, with its president, Professor Dr. Mazen Hassan Jassim, and the presidency of the University’s Faculty of Osol Aldeen, with its dean, Professor Dr. Iman Issa. The meeting was held in the Board of Directors of the University’s Faculty of Osol Aldeen, after they were welcomed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Professor Ahmed. Issa Al-Ghasami, in the presence of the advisor, Professor Dr. Nabil Abdel Fattah, the head of the Pharmacy Department, Dr. Ali Naeem, the scientific assistant, Dr. Khalifa, the administrative assistant for student affairs, the assistant professor, Dr. Khalida Mirza, and Professor Dr. Saad Dahes Al-Hassani, dean of the Faculty of Arts, University of Wasit, to sign a twinning agreement and joint cooperation between Presidency of the University of Wasit, College of Arts, Department of Mass Communication, and Presidency of the University College of Osol Aldeen – Department of Mass Communication
This cooperation comes in implementation of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which include its emphasis on twinning programs between public and private universities in order to raise the efficiency of education and joint cooperation in all scientific and media fields. The agreement aims to encourage teaching staff to develop research fields and scientific conferences to achieve excellence, in addition to
Exchanging scientific visits between the two parties, holding joint lectures, and supervising research. The agreement included creating distinct opportunities for full cooperation between the two sides in terms of development, progress, innovation, and creativity in a way that serves the scientific process and the labor market for student cadres.
